    • Certain items such as personalized or customized products may not be eligible for refunds unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

    • Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
    • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
