Bajaj Chetak Price:
The Bajaj Chetak is available in two variants: Premium and Urbane. The Premium variant is available in two sub-variants: Standard and TecPac, with their prices being Rs 1,35,463 and Rs 1,44,463 (all prices ex-showroom Bengaluru including FAME 2 subsidy). It comes with three colour options: HazelNut, Indigo Blue and Brooklyn Black. The Urbane variant is also available in two further trims: Standard and Tecpac. The Standard variant is priced at Rs 1,15,000 while the Tecpac is priced at Rs 1,23,001(all prices ex-showroom Bengaluru, including FAME 2 subsidy). The Urbane variant comes with four colour options: Cyber White, Matte Coarse Grey, Indigo Metallic, and Brooklyn Black.
Bajaj Chetak Features:
The Chetak features LED units for its headlight, taillight, and indicators, complemented by a fully digital colour LCD instrument cluster in the Urbane variant while the TecPac sub-variant of the Premium variant gets a 5-inch TFT instrument console and the Standard sub-variant gets a monochrome TFT instrument console.
The 5-inch TFT instrument console comes with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. Reverse mode is available in both sub-variants of the Premium variant while it is only available with TecPac in the Urbane variant. The Premium variant also gets sequential blinkers with the TecPac.
Bajaj Chetak Motor:
The Chetak is driven by a brushless DC motor that achieves a maximum claimed speed of 73kmph in both the Standard and TecPac sub-variants of the Premium variant while in the Urbane variant, it achieves claimed top speed of 63kmph and 73kmph in the Standard and Tecpac sub-variants.
Bajaj Chetak Suspension & Brakes:
At the front, the scooter comes equipped with a single-sided suspension, similar to the Vespa, while the rear gets a monoshock. The front is equipped with a disc brake in the Premium variant and a drum brake in the Urbane variant, while the rear in both variants gets a drum unit.
